You may request a return if:
The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all parts, manuals, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used toys.
Toys that have been damaged due to misuse.
Clearance, final-sale, or promotional discounted items.
Digital products or gift cards.
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Our team will verify eligibility and provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Items must be shipped back securely in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees, gift wrap charges, and service fees are non-refundable.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For other cases, a new purchase must be made after returning the original item.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and our return policy applies.
